Start with access
Before a buyer trusts any setting number, the project needs driveway width, street staging, overhead line review, crane reach, turning radius, and the path from delivery point to final placement.
Foundation and anchoring
The factory package does not remove local foundation design. Pad type, anchoring, drainage, grade, soil condition, inspection sequence, and engineering assumptions should stay in the foundation line.
Utilities
Water, sewer, electrical service, gas or all-electric decisions, trenching distance, panel capacity, and service upgrades can change cost quickly. Utilities should be priced separately from the product package.
Setting and closeout
A modular project still needs crew coordination, crane or equipment planning, weather protection, sealing, connection work, inspection timing, and site cleanup. These items can be predictable only after the site is known.
Quote packet checklist
Useful buyer inputs include property city, preferred placement, photos, approximate utility distances, access notes, known easements, slope or drainage concerns, and the chosen 1L or 3L model path.
