Does factory-built approval mean the ADU is automatically approved on my lot?
No. The approval package covers the factory-built structure only. Local foundation, utility, site work, zoning, placement, inspections, and other city/county requirements still need review.
Can ADU Cost give a final price without site details?
No. The calculator is designed to expose missing line items instead of hiding them. Final pricing depends on supplier quote, freight, setting, foundation, utilities, permits, and local site constraints.
Why show the PDFs?
The PDFs are part of the trust stack. They let a serious buyer or contractor see the approval identifiers and the boundary between factory scope and site scope.
Is this a contractor website?
The staged site is a product and quote-intelligence hub for aducost.net. It does not claim a local contractor license, office, reviews, or phone number.
